What is cold-pressed oil?

Cold-pressed oil is obtained by mechanically pressing vegetable oils at temperatures below 40°C, without heating or the use of chemicals.

This method largely preserves the vitamins, minerals, omega fatty acids, and antioxidants found in the oil.
